Our refund policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on your subscription but you are free to cancel future payments at any point.
To complete a refund, please send your payment email address or invoice number to Refund@DMPilot.com and we’ll ensure it is processed promptly.
If you are within the 28 days and your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
